Sizing Guide
Choose your bottle size based on your tank volume:
- 2 oz – Treats up to 30 gallons
- 4 oz – Treats up to 60 gallons
- 8 oz – Treats up to 120 gallons
- 16 oz – Treats up to 240 gallons
Usage Instructions
- Dechlorinate Your Water
Ensure your aquarium water is free of chlorine & chloramines. Avoid dechlorinators with aldehydes, as they can harm the bacteria. - Turn Off Skimmers & UV
Disable protein skimmers, ozone, & UV sterilizers for at least 24 – 48 hours after dosing. - Shake Well
Shake the bottle thoroughly - the liquid should appear cloudy. If it's clear, keep shaking. - Dose Properly
Pour directly onto your biological filter media. If no media is available, dose directly into the tank.
For New Tank Setups
- Add One & Only to your dechlorinated, temperature-stabilized tank.
- Introduce fish within 24 hours - nitrifying bacteria require ammonia to survive.
- If fish aren't ready to be added, dose with Dr.Tim’s Ammonium Chloride to start a fishless cycle and give you full control of the cycling process.
Temperature Shipping Guidelines
- Temperature Sensitive: avoid freezing or storing above 95°F.
- Expedited shipping is strongly recommended during extreme weather months.
Recommended for use in saltwater aquariums with salinity levels above 10ppt (1.007 SG).
